Here you are reading a friend or neighbor who happens to be a commodities trader. Let all your trades be "paper trades" until you can trade at your own discretion - glad to take the profits and willing to accept the losses. Only you are responsible for your trades.

The Friends & Traders forum was founded to bring intelligent and reasonable people together in an encouraging environment. Most people come to a forum to get additional information or to discuss trading futures and options as well as equities. Reasonable people expect to be able to do that and not have to tolerate disruptive people with unpleasant attitudes and egos.

If someone posts in an unacceptable manner, you must not respond to them. There are six active members who moderate this forum. Please leave it alone. If someone attacks you personally, remember it's not the "Wild West." A response to that kind of post means that a good person has to stoop to the same level as the offender. Nothing would be gained and it would not help us maintain the underlying atmosphere. The offending post will be deleted.

Commodities Professionals including Educators, Brokers, and CTAs are welcome. However, consistent with the philosophy of the Board and the Membership there are standards that each such person's post must meet.

In the life of our membership, not one post has been deleted for noncompliance. This represents nearly 1,700 posts and 50,000 views. A visitor who feels censored needs an attitude adjustment.
