LONDON (MarketWatch) -- The British economy saw a flat performance in the second quarter, posting 0% growth compared to the first three months of the year, the Office for National Statistics said Friday. The agency had initially estimated second-quarter growth at 0.2%. The ONS said the economy grew at an annual pace of 1.4% in the quarter, down from its initial estimate of 1.6%.
