LONDON (MarketWatch) -- European Central Bank President Jean-Claude Trichet on Thursday said he had "no bias" on future interest rates following the decision earlier in the day to hike its key interest rate by a quarter point. The ECB doesn't "precommit" to rate moves, he said, in his monthly news conference. Trichet said the decision to hike rates was unanimous.
