Bush: We have acted boldly (by Ruth Mantell)

WASHINGTON (MarketWatch) -- President Bush said on Friday that the U.S. has acted "boldly" with Congress's approval of the $700 billion financial rescue plan. The president has lobbied hard for speedy passage of the plan, which he says is necessary to shore up the markets. The president will sign the bill as soon as he receives it from Congress.
