Canada has the second largest reserves in the world and is directly up the street. Then why does the U.S. still import some of our crude oil requirements from Arabia and Persian Gulf states in light of all the turmoil throughout the region?
The other question which begs a response from Washington is, when will restrictive EPA Federal regulations currently preventing exploration & drilling of crude oil, and or natural gas, be allowed in areas presently forbidden.
There is no logical reason why America is not self-sufficient for the bulk of her energy needs
Being we are at war with an irrational enemy having openly declared it's main target is exported oil from the Middle-East, our elected officials better develop a national energy plan that functions, before the lunatics force one upon US.
