I wanted to upload a Pic (.gif, 19kB) using the "Browse" button but it failed, got this message:

"File Error!
The script was unable to open a file to save your graphic. This most likely indicates a permissions error on the upload directory. If you have any questions, please send a note to forum@friendsandtraders.com.
Your browser should automatically
take you back to the message index page."
